For smaller items, we use local couriers who will deliver our furniture to your door.
For larger items, we have our specialist white-glove service for the delivery of our furniture to ensure your order gets to you on time and in one perfect piece.
Our specialist delivery team will deliver to a room of your choice for free.

No Quibble Returns
At Grain and Frame, we believe that returns should be easy which is why we approach them with a no quibble attitude.
We are proud to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our furniture, just in case you need time to mull things over – and we’ll even collect it for free. You can find more information about our Refund Policy but please contact us at any time if you have any further questions

In fact, we’re so sure of the quality of our furniture, we offer a 10-year guarantee on all of our products.
In the unlikely case you encounter any problems with your furniture, simply send our friendly customer service team a photograph of the damage and we will find a solution. Terms and conditions apply.
The warranty period begins on the day of delivery and our 10-year guarantee covers splits, cracks or weld failures. Issues arising as a result of normal wear and tear, improper care or accidental damage are not included.
